Services on Sunday 4th October

Join us at our 9:30 or 11am services as we begin our new series on 'A Biblical Approach To...'.
This week Katy Loffman will be speaking on A Biblical Approach to Food.
Our regular children's groups will meet again during the 9:30 service. The colouring tables and baby area will be set up at the front of church as usual.

These are our groups:
- Tiddlywinks: for babies, toddlers and their grown ups. Little ones need to be accompanied, so grown ups stay and join in with this group. They meet in the room across the lounge. Follow the leaders wearing green. This term Tiddlywinks will be looking at the story of creation, and all of the amazing things that God made in the world around us - through story, song, craft and play.
- Scramblers: School Nursery or Reception age. Adults drop children off upstairs, and then return to the service. Follow the leaders wearing blue. This term Scramblers will be learning all about our astonishing God who made everything, and does the impossible.
- Climbers: Years 1 and 2. Children meet near the sliding doors in the lounge, and are taken across to their group by the helpers. Look for the leaders wearing orange. This term Climbers will be discovering that the Bible is not simply a book to know about, but words they can begin to listen to for themselves.
- Explorers: Years 3, 4 and 5. Children meet at the back of the lounge in front of the big screen, and are taken through to the hall. Look for the leaders wearing red. This term Explorers will be reminded that God made this world good and gave people a place within it.
- Encounter: Years 6 to 8. Young people meet in the middle of the lounge, and are taken across to the Youth Room. Look for the leaders wearing grey. This term Encounter will be tackling some of the Bible’s most difficult bits as they discover more about God and his weird and wonderful book.
